At Pacific Fertility Center, our goal is to empower you throughout the family-building process.  Our new patient visits happen in two parts — a virtual consultation and a follow-up transvaginal ultrasound at our office. Ask questions, voice your concerns, tell us your goals: we’re in this together.

  • Understanding more about your medical history and where you are in your journey is essential to developing a treatment plan together. To better inform our recommendations, we collect this information through two simple steps:

    1. New patient forms: Complete these forms via the Prelude Connect app at least 48 hours before your appointment.
    2. Electronic release form: By signing this form, you authorize us to access relevant notes and records from other healthcare providers, enabling us to provide comprehensive and tailored care.

  • During the initial virtual consultation, your physician will review your medical history, discuss your family building goals and together decide on a treatment plan.

  • After the virtual consult, you will complete a transvaginal ultrasound and this will be your first visit to the office. During the ultrasound, our physician will access your antral follicle count and uterine lining, which will help finalize a treatment plan.

  • Our team will work with you to set up a timeline for treatment and review all the important details. Each patient is unique, and you can expect a personalized experience built on compassion.
