Board Certified Fertility Specialists
Each Pacific Fertility Center physician is a Certified Subspecialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. PFC's fertility specialists only treat fertility patients and do not do any routine obstetrics (other than caring for our patients in the first 9 weeks of pregnancy) or gynecology. Our focus is on getting our patients pregnant and seeing them through the initial stages of pregnancy before returning them to their obstetricians for the remainder of pregnancy. The fertility doctors at our Northern California San Francisco Bay Area center have held faculty positions at leading research universities and each physician has actively participated in clinical research to advance the safety, success, and affordability of infertility treatments.
Our team of doctors has over 100 years' collective experience performing IVF. Our team has been recognized as "Best Reproductive Endocrinologists" by U.S. News and World Report, "Bay Area Top Doctors" by Castle Connolly and San Francisco Magazine, and in Marin Magazine's "Top Doctors" for which they were selected by fellow physicians. Our physicians have been continuously selected as nationwide "Best Doctors," the results of surveys by fellow physicians.
Leaders in Research and Technology
PFC's clinical laboratory director, Dr. Joseph Conaghan, is internationally recognized for his decades of work in human embryology. He and his team of highly trained, certified embryologists are devoted to leading this field in research and new technology.
Providing Patients with Excellent Care
Pacific Fertility Center's Nursing and Clinical Coordination Team plays an integral role in assisting our patients through the entire treatment cycle. Our nurses have a genuine concern and personal commitment to providing our patients with excellent care. The contribution nurses make to patient care ranges from education and reassurance about fertility treatments to injection instruction and explanation of procedures. There is nursing staff available during clinic hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
